Backup

The following (data) directories are required for a successful backup of a Liquit Workspace Server:

Configuration C:\Program Files (x86)\Liquit Workspace\Server\Server.json
Content Store C:\ProgramData\Liquit Workspace\Server\Content
Agent configurations C:\ProgramData\Liquit Workspace\Server\Agents

We recommend you backup the Liquit Workspace database before backing up the servers, because the Content Store on disk and in the database are interconnected.

Restore

Restoring the database

  1. Shut down all Liquit Workspace Servers.
  2. Restore the Liquit Workspace database.
  3. Start all Liquit Workspace Servers.
  4. Run Verify content on every server within the Liquit System.

Restoring a server

  1. Restore all data directories specified in the Backup section of this article.
  2. Run Verify content on the restored server within the Liquit System.
