Article Summary

Create and manage multiple Zones within your Liquit System, giving each of your clients their own separate zone and provide packaging service for them using connectors.

Option availability

This option is visible only for administrators with system level permissions. By default, it is visible for the LOCAL\admin user, who has system level permissions.

License

Every zone in Liquit Workspace needs its own license.

Table toolbar

web.png Manage - Opens the virtual host URL so you can quickly log in and access it.
primary.png Make primary - Only if you are logged in to a primary zone you can make another zone a primary one. If you click this button, the selected zone is made primary and the current primary zone becomes non-primary. To undo it, you must have access to the zone you just made primary, select another zone you wish to make primary and click on the Make primary button.

Overview screen

Here you can configure a few basic options for the current zone.

Content screen

Shows content usage within the zone.

Count - The number of files used within this zone.
Size - The size of all files used within this zone.

Licensing screen

View and manage the Liquit Workspace license for the current zone.

Domains screen

Manage all domains that are associated with this zone.

Access screen

You can recover access to the zone if needed.

  • Recover permissions - Assign the built-in Administrator access policy to a local user in the targeted zone.
  • Reset admin password - Reset the password for a local user account in the targeted zone.
  • Create admin - Create an entirely new user in the local identity source of the targeted zone. By default, the newly created user will be granted the built-in administrator access policy.

For Recover permissions and Reset admin password, you need to know the local username to be able to complete the process.
