To be able to install S&P Capital IQ Pro Office, there are some prerequisites and system requirements.
There has to a version of Microsoft Office installed. The documentation on the site states this:
Office 2016 (64-bit), 2019 (64-bit), 2021 (64-bit), Office 365 (2016 & 2019 & 2021: local installs only; excludes web based or MS App Store versions).
We've also tested it with Microsoft 365 Apps.
