After installing Autodesk DWG TrueView 2023, using Application Workspace, you can face an issue launching dwgviewr.exe as described in this Autodesk forum thread.

French version: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\DWG TrueView\R21\dwgviewr-6101:40C\UserData
Japanese version: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\DWG TrueView\R21\dwgviewr-6101:411\UserData
And make sure to set the registry values according to what is described below, using an additional (Application Workspace) package:
