When you’ve upgraded your Ivanti Endpoint Manager server overtime, certain configurations don’t have the C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\My.IdentityServer\IdentityServer3.Core.Models.Client.json file needed to configure the REST API which is used by Liquit Setup Commander.
If this file is missing, run the 2017.3 (or later) workspace upgrade separately using ‘Configuration Center’; My.Framework upgrade. You can switch the setting to ‘Explicit only’, then back to ‘Token Only’.
We’ve seen situations where in Configuration Center ‘My Instance’ had to be removed and recreated, but we advise you to contact Ivanti support first.
