If you want to create an application for Sketchup or Sketchup Make, you can download it from the Setup Store.

Setup Store Configuration Wizard

Inside the downloaded file, there is an MSI embedded. We’ve included our Generic MSI Configuration Wizard which extracts the MSI automatically and lets you choose your settings.

Disabling auto-update

The MSI doesn’t give you the option to disable auto-update. Google has made this a HKCU setting and it has to be set ’per user’ in the registry.

You can use a profile management system like Flex+ or RES ONE Workspace Manager to set these HKCU settings for you per user.
