The portal screen allows you to configure global Liquit Workspace related settings.

Name

The title of the browser tab. By default, it is Liquit Workspace.

Logo section

Image - Allows you to upload a custom logo.
Color - The background color of the logo
By default, the Liquit logo and color are displayed.

Portal section

Refresh interval - This value represents the time interval between portal refreshes. By default, it is set to 1800.
Download Agent for Windows - Configure if you want to make the Download Agent option available in User Menu (for users) and User Portal (for users and admins), on Windows devices.

  • Disabled - The Download Agent button is hidden.
  • Universal Agent for Windows - Universal Agent is distributed as a signed executable installer that supports both x86 and x64 architectures. This is the recommended agent that enables all features available since Liquit Workspace version 4.0 and is automatically updated.

Download Agent for macOS - Configure if you want to make the Download Agent option available in User Menu (for users) and User Portal (for users and admins), on macOS devices.

  • Disabled - The Download Agent button is hidden.
  • Universal Agent for macOS - The Universal Agent is distributed as a signed .dmg installer that supports both x64 and ARM64 architectures.

Sessions section

Session is eligible for clean up after being inactive for (seconds) - Users are logged off of their session after the specified time of inactivity. Sessions are then deleted by the Clean Sessions scheduled task.

Packages section

Default entitlement publish - The default value of the Publish field, when adding a package entitlement.
Platforms - Select the platforms to which you want to deploy packages.
Stages - Allows you to enable/disable the Test and/or Acceptance stages within the package release management. Note that the Test and Acceptance stages are available only with a Release & Patch Management license.
Use trigger for user auto launch enabled apps - Configure the trigger to use for starting packages that have been marked for auto launch by the user:

  • Liquit logon - Triggers when a user logs in to the Liquit Workspace.
  • User login - Triggers when a user logs in to the device.

Connectors

Liquit Workspace connector identity scope - It controls what packages are retrieved from a source zone configured for the Workspace connector.

  • User - Retrieves packages directly entitled to the connector-assigned user.
  • User and everyone (default) - Retrieves packages directly entitled to the connector-assigned user and to the built-in Everyone group.
  • All - Retrieves packages directly entitled the connector-assigned user, the built-in Everyone group and to all identities which the connector-assigned user is member of (groups, contexts, collections etc.).

Notifications

Send mail notifications as logged on user - If enabled, the system will use the users' configured email addresses to send notifications for the report problem and app request - approval workflows. The configured mail server within Liquit Workspace must allow relaying or 'Send As' permissions for all users.
Report problem - The "Report problem" option becomes available in packages context menu only after this email is filled in. It allows users to report any problem regarding the managed app to their system administrator. The configured mail server within Liquit Workspace requires 'Send As' permissions to send mails on behalf of the user.
