This feature is currently in preview and is a hosted solution that will be updated regularly based on customer feedback.

Reporting is a hosted solution and by activating this functionality certain data about the application landscape in use by Customer will be collected as decribed in clause 1.12 of the EULA and in accordance with our privacy statement.


Reporting allows you to configure how your dashboards are synced, this is part of the dashboard functionality. This is a hosted solution and requires that Liquit Workspace is available from the internet for the Reporting Services to function. Standard license (included in Liquit Workspace) will only allow the reporting feature to work based on the last 3 months of data.

The following options are available:

Name Description
  • Unconfigured Reporting is not enabled in the local zone.
  • Disabled Reporting feature for the local zone has been disabled by Liquit, please contact support for more information.
  • Configured Reporting is configured in the local zone, but has not been synchronized yet. This can take up to 24 hours for the first synchronization to occur.
  • Warning Data has been synchronized but not everything may be included, see Result for more information.
  • Failed An error occured while trying to synchronize with the local zone, see Result for more information.
  • Synchronized Data has been synchronized with the local zone.
Result Warning or error message, describes what error occured at the previous synchronisation.
External URL The URL which should be used by the cloud solution to access the Liquit Workspace server, this is typically your FQDN.
Synchronized at The last time the data from the Liquit Workspace was synchronized with the dashboards. Data is synchronized with an interval of 24 hours.

External connectivity can be verified by clicking on the "Test connectivity" option which will become available when the zone has been configured for reporting. This will initiate a remote connection request to the local zone and verify that everything is set up correctly.

It can take up to 24 hours before new data is available within the dashboards.


The following exceptions are required on the firewall that is placed between the local Liquit environment and connectivity with the Liquit Reporting Services.
