Automatic synchronisation
The Application Workspace System supports automatic contact synchronisation from a variety of identity sources. These include LDAP-based directories such as Microsoft Active Directory, JumpCloud, and eDirectory, as well as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Once the necessary servers and settings are configured, contacts are synced seamlessly without requiring manual updates.
Choose what attributes to display in Application Workspace
You have control over which user attributes are displayed in the system. Commonly enabled attributes include address, department, phone number, and email, allowing for a more informative and personalised user experience.
Users can add contacts to personally created teams
In addition to automatic synchronisation, end users can add contacts to teams they create within the Workspace tab. This makes collaboration easier and ensures that team members have quick access to relevant contact information.
