Silent installation of DIALux evo is supported by the vendor. But it doesn't include a switch to prevent a reboot.
By default, a reboot can only be prevented using /s:<configfile> and a silentsetup.ini file including the NoRestart option shown below:

A managed package in Liquit Workspace doesn't support uploading an additional configuration file like the silentsetup.ini above. This means, that to support this, you need to add it manually.
