Pinnacle Studio

If you want install Pinnacle Studio there are two ways for an unattended install.

Locate the ’Studio’ directory in your Pinnacle installation source (CD, ISO or network drive)
In this example we use drive D:\

If you want to do a default install, you can use the setup.exe you find in this directory. The commandline for a silent install is:

D:\Studio>setup.exe /S /v\”PTY_SERIAL=XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /qn /L1033 REBOOT=ReallySuppress\”

Replace the PTY_SERIAL value in this example with your own serial number.

The /L1033 is for installing the software in English. Use your own language code if you want to install Pinnacle studio in your own language.

If you want to have more control over the settings like Start-menu and desktop icons, you might want to use the supplied MSI instead.

Target the PinnacleStudio.msi and click on ’Create Application’. In the Wizard you can fill in your serial number.

The MSI needs two Transform Files to install properly. In the ’Create Application’ screen, add your language Transform file.

With both Transform files in the command line, you can create your Application.
