OneDrive for Business is included in Office 2013 and you can deploy it together with the other Office 2013 applications.
If you want to do a silent install for Microsoft OneDrive for Business, there are some additional steps you have to take:

If you use Office 2010 or older, you’ll have to install OneDrive for Business separately.

Download the OneDrive for Business client for your systems (x64, x86 or both) and your language from the Setup Store.

Download the Office Deployment Tool. This setup can also be found in the Setup Store.
