Adobe Reader XI

If you want to create an application for Adobe Reader, you can download it in the Setup Store. Then, right-click and choose ‘New Application’.

We’ve included an Adobe Reader Configuration Wizard which prompts you for several additional options.

You can check or uncheck a lot of installation options.

Adobe has released Adobe Reader 11.0.16 to address vulnerabilities that could cause a crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

Adobe recommends users update their product installations to the latest versions:

• Users of Adobe Reader XI (11.0.15) and earlier versions should update to version 11.0.16.
• For users of Adobe Reader X (10.1.15) and earlier versions who cannot update to version 11.0.16, Adobe has made available version 10.1.16.
• Users of Adobe Acrobat XI (11.0.15) and earlier versions should update to version 11.0.16.
• For users of Adobe Acrobat X (10.1.15) and earlier versions, who cannot update to version 11.0.16, Adobe has made available version 10.1.16.

The 11.0.16 update comes as a Windows Installer Patch file (MSP) for Adobe Reader 11.0.15 or earlier 11.x versions.
